Cleaning robots in warehouses: safety and efficiency combined

A warehouse cleaning robot keeps floors consistently and uniformly clean - without human intervention. With workstation independently manage maintenance actions (such as dust sheet and septic tank management), and with automatic charging return to work.

Cleaning robot

Why an efficient warehouse?

  • High area-performance: up to 1 440 m²/hour (default setting: 576 m²/hour).
  • Long operating time: up to 12 hours cleaning - 2,5 hours deep cleaning, 5 hours vacuuming, 12 hours sweepings.
  • Strong suction, low noise: 500 W suction power, ≤ 70 dB operation.
  • Compact and easy to use: 375 × 370 × 320 mm, 17 litres water tank, 13.3” LCD, up to 1 m/s (fund: 0,4 m/s).
  • Quick refill: 24 V 40 Ah Battery, 1,5 hours charging time.

Safe operation in busy corridors

A cleaning robot avoids collision with sensors: stops, waits, makes a slight detour if necessary, then continues. Timed cleaning can be programmed to take advantage of periods between shifts.

Multiple functions - one machine

  • Seprés: side brush to clean the corners and edges, the dirt is deposited in the dust container.
  • Scrubbing: application of clean water with a scrubber for a hygienic surface.
  • Dusting/pushing: fine and silent dust removal, dust goes into the waste water tank.
  • Vacuum cleaning: the powerful suction motor collects fine dust and allergens.
  • Smart carpet mode: automatic carpet detection, stronger suction, avoiding mopping.

Where can it be used?

  • Safe to use for, among other things on concrete, parquet, laminate and ceramic floors, i.e. surfaces that are common in offices, shops and many public spaces.

Summary: a warehouse cleaning robot a efficiency with automated, high-performance cleaning, the security is enhanced by sensor-based collision avoidance and autonomous operation - all quietly, with long operating times and multiple cleaning modes.
