The navigation system uses a 270° radar and additional sensors to detect and avoid obstacles.

You can display advertisements or branded content on the LED display, while the robot offers human-like interaction through sound, light effects and facial expressions.

Frequently asked questions about the serving robot

How long can a robot waiter work on one charge?

The robot can work continuously for about 6 hours and then automatically return to the charging station. A full charge takes about 4 hours.

How much weight can it carry?

The robot can move a total of 40 kg on 4 trays, up to 10 kg per tray.

Can the serving robot fit into tight spaces?

Yes. It can walk in corridors as wide as 65 cm and cross thresholds as high as 15 mm without any problems.

Doesn't it bump into people?

No, it's completely safe, guided by advanced LiDAR, cameras and ultrasonic sensors that detect and avoid obstacles.

How do you communicate with guests?

The robot provides feedback through sound, light signals and messages on the display. It can also display advertisements or logos on its 21.5” display.

Is it difficult to manage a robot waiter?

Training is child's play, the 10.1” touchscreen provides easy operation so staff can quickly learn how to use it

What happens if the serving robot runs out of power?

When the charge is low, the robot automatically returns to the dock and starts charging.

Where can it be used?

Mainly in restaurants, cafés, hotels and events. But it can also be used in showrooms, offices or exhibitions, wherever the aim is to serve guests.

How long is the delivery time?
